“Tasmanian top talent Loveth Ochayi, the overall best performer from the NAB AFL Women's Draft Combine”

-AFL Women's

Growing up Loveth was always labelled as a pure athlete that could play almost any sport because of her diverse range of skills and athleticism. Loveth began playing AFL 2 years ago and quickly progressed through the Tasmanian Female Academy. Her second game of football was played representing Tasmania against the Northern Territory, a significant milestone as she was able to play against some of the best in the country. Since then she has represented Tasmania in the U18 state team.

Her results from the AFLW combine revealed that she excelled and was consistent in all areas, and ranked in the top 10 in 5 of the 6 fitness tests and was the overall best performer for the draft combine.

Loveth will nominate for the AFLW Draft 2019.

Loveth is studying a double degree in Economics and Science at University of Tasmania her course selection is fuelled by her passion for health systems nationally and globally and her career aspiration, outside of football, is to become a Health Economist.
