PROFILE
Courtney is an experienced, valued player and an eye-catching midfielder. She started playing footy as a junior at school and continued through High School in the 9-aside competitions, which lead to her debuting in the SAWFL in 2004 and has been playing for the last 12 seasons.
She attributes her involvement in AFL to her dad and brother, she would always kick the ball around while her brother was training and her dad was coaching. She originally started playing with the boys until they told her she could no longer play.
Courtney has also represented South Australia in discus and played basketball for Norwood. Outside of football she works as a social worker and in her spare time enjoys keeping active by playing golf and going camping.
Signed as a priority pick by Adelaide for the 2017 season, Courtney will continue to play for them in 2018. She was a tower of strength for the Crows and is on of the most experienced players in the women's league.
